42" x 51" quilt

You can make the quilt larger by putting an extra border on or by putting an extra row of quilt blocks. But, keep in mind when you are collecting your fabric.

I will provide the stippling stitch from the design package. You will have to purchase any other design that you want.

Fabric for scrappy quilt:

1/4yd of 11 different fabrics or 5-6 fabrics at a little over a half yard ea.

1/4yd inner flange

1/2yd outer border

1/2yd binding

1 1/2yd backing fabric

batting at least 54 x 63"

360 x 260 hoop (I don't recommend larger). The larger the hoop the fewer hoopings but this would be easier with the magnetic hoops.

spray adhesive ex: 505 or kk2000 or quilting safety pins, Stitch and Wash Stabilizer for 2 set of templates, quilting or piecing thread, pins, ruler, rotary cutter and mat if available, 1/4" piecing foot (w/ flange if desired), embroidery thread for the quilting design (blendable thread is beautiful for this) I will have a very good selection available for purchase in Ukiah for those of you that would like to try it (at the time of class), Clover double sided sticky 1/2" tape (for inner hoop).

Print your templates A & B if you previously purchased your embroidery designs.
