·         Sewing machine in excellent working order and with ability to drop or cover feed-dogs

·         Darning foot/free-motion foot

·         Extension table if you have one

·         Thread - a dark thread for the top

·         Bobbins - 3 bobbins wound in a light color

·         A new sharp Microtex needle 75/11, 90/14 or 80/12

Optional supplies:

·         Quilting gloves

·         Supreme slider or generic Teflon sheet

·         Notebook
